3 Bathrooms The apartment is on the ground floor of the farmhouse Bandinelli. For 6-7 people, with 3 double bedrooms a big living room and kitchen. This apartment is obtained from the old barn, it overlooks the garden where there is a private veranda for outdoor dining and a swimming pool shared with guests.
This wide apartment with exposed beams ceiling and terracotta flooring has one main-bedroom with in room bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, other 2 bathroom with shower/bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen with 4 burners, oven and dishwasher. The living room, Smart-TV, dining table and a wide fire place. Al windows have mosquito nets. In the garden there is a private gazebo for eating in the garden and relaxing outdoor + private BBQ. Private lounge chairs in the swimming pool area.
Surrounded by nature and green landscapes all around. In the area you can find local shops, many restaurants, minimarkets and a couple of cute hill top towns called Vetulonia and Montepescali. A car is necessary to enjoy the area at the best.
Respect night silent hours and other guests outdoor private spaces.

I don't live in the place but I visit almost every day.
Castiglione della Pescaia is the main tourist town and beach front area, 15-20 min drive from us.
Go to the beautiful beach of Cala Violina and Rocchette. Also visit Maremma Natural Park as well as Massa Marittima town or Il Calidario hot springs in a cloudy day. If you have more time, don't miss Saturnia hot springs, Pitigliano town and the "Giardino dei Tarocchi" art garden.
